Simi Tangyuan syrup materials: Simi, glutinous rice flour, 1 egg, a little medlar seeds, and a proper amount of rock sugar.
Exercise:
1. Bring water to a boil, add sago, and simmer.
2. When cooking sago, you can knead the glutinous rice balls into balls, stir them with warm water and glutinous rice flour, as long as they can be kneaded into balls, which are probably bigger than glass marbles.
3. When the sago is cooked until it is translucent, add the glutinous rice balls, roll down slightly, add a little cold water and roll again.
4. Roll the glutinous rice balls until they float, add sugar and Lycium barbarum, boil until boiling, turn off the fire, immediately beat in the eggs, scoop some glutinous rice balls and sago on the egg noodles, let stand for a while, and then pour the eggs and sugar water into the bowl.
