Competition award

(1) Open Group Awards

The top 30 men and women will be rewarded, the top 3 men and women in the half marathon will be ranked by the gunshot score, and the rest will be determined by the net timing score.

(2) Hubei Player Award

The top 30 Hubei players with the best performance will be awarded in the competition (their ID cards are Hubei No.,they can buy social security in Hubei, they are college students and registered athletes in Hubei Province).

(3) Citizen Award (Zhijiang nationality)

In order to stimulate the enthusiasm and pride of local citizens, a citizen award will be added, which will be awarded to citizens who hold local ID cards or local social security cards at each station, and will be awarded to the top 30 male and female half marathon runners respectively (runners should choose whether they are local citizens when registering, and cooperate with the organizing committee for unified screening and verification after the race). The ranking of the local citizen group is determined by the net time score.

(4) Elite Award

Elite Grade Achievement Award: Any contestant who meets the requirements of the Elite Grade Achievement Award in the Implementation Measures for Grade Evaluation of Mass Marathon and Related Sports in China promulgated by the China Athletics Association according to the net timing results of this event will receive the 300 yuan Prize. The event ranking award and the half marathon elite level achievement award will not be repeated, and the achievement standard will be subject to the public elite level achievement standard.

(1) Age requirements for contestants

Participants must register with valid ID cards (passports) and other documents according to the age requirements of the following events. The specific age requirements are as follows:

Participants in the half marathon must be 16 years old (born before 65438+February 3, 20051);

Runners under the age of 12 (65438+born after February 2009, 3 1 1) must be accompanied by their guardians or legal representatives to participate in the competition.

(2) Physical requirements of the contestants

Half-marathon is a high-load, large-exercise, long-distance competitive sport, with a certain intensity of exercise, but also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for participants. Participants should be healthy and take part in running exercises or training regularly.

Participants choose projects according to their physical condition and physical fitness. The organizing Committee requires that runners who sign up for the half marathon should go to the top three hospitals at or above the county level for physical examination.

Those with the following physical conditions are not suitable to participate in the competition:

1. Patients with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease;

2. Patients with hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;

3. Patients with myocarditis or other heart diseases;

4. Patients with coronary heart disease or severe arrhythmia;

5. Diabetic patients with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;

6. Catch a cold within two weeks before the game;

7. Other patients with diseases that are not suitable for exercise;

8. Pregnant women.

Track traffic control and closing time In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the contestants, social traffic is closed for a limited time. Every section of the competition route has a special deadline. When the closing time is reached, the time blanket at the corresponding kilometer stops working, and social traffic is resumed at the corresponding road section. Within the specified closing time, competitors who have not completed the corresponding distance must immediately stop the race and quit the track to avoid danger. Players who withdraw from the competition can take the moped provided by the organizing Committee or choose to take public transportation to reach the corresponding project end.

Pay attention to the first marathon before the race. What should I pay attention to?

Reduce the amount of running two weeks before running; Strengthen carbohydrate supplement one week before running; Frequent hydration 24 hours before running; Eat 2 hours before running; Warm up fully before running in low temperature season; Start calmly and don't accelerate; Drink a small amount of water at each supply station; After 15 km, try to drink functional drinks and rinse your mouth with water; When the situation happens, slow down properly and adjust your breathing, but try not to stop; The real marathon is not until 30 days later.
