Recently, the General Administration found that some TV stations broadcast advertisements such as "Miao Yi Xianke Fang Chuan" and "Fashion Healthy Fat-reducing and Slimming Soup", which were released in disguised form and beyond the time limit, violating the Administrative Measures for Broadcasting of Radio and Television Advertisements, the Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Broadcasting TV Shopping Short Films on Satellite TV Channels and the Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Broadcasting of Medical and Health Programs and Medical Advertisements.

According to the Advertising Law, Regulations on the Administration of Radio and Television, and Measures for the Administration of Radio and Television Advertisements, radio and television broadcasters at all levels must immediately stop broadcasting the above-mentioned advertisements and consciously clean up the advertisements with similar violations, especially put an end to the replay of related illegal advertisements.
