In order to let more students participate in sports and competitions, especially girls actively participate in physical exercise, more and more schools have carried out aerobics teaching, and aerobics has become an important part of physical education class in middle schools.
Aerobics and dance belong to gymnastics, including aerobics, cheerleading, aerobics, street dance and so on. Aerobics and dance events are rich in content, simple and practical, and are not limited by venue, gender and age, which has a positive effect on comprehensively exercising students' health.
So far, aerobics teaching in primary and secondary schools in China has made some progress, but there are still some schools that have not carried out aerobics or have been restricted for various reasons. Through this study, I hope to provide reference and help for the development of aerobics curriculum in middle schools.
Benefits of doing aerobic exercise:

Fourth, we can urge to maintain the correct body posture and make the body strong and beautiful. For example, chest expansion exercise can not only exercise the muscles of chest, back and scapula, but also help correct posture (old hunchback, narrow chest and so on). ).
Fifth, it is very beneficial to improve the quality of sleep.
Sixth, before doing other sports, doing gymnastics can avoid muscle strain and contusion.
