Usage:
1. Put each tea bag into a cup, pour 200-300ml of hot water (about 80℃) and let it stand for 3-5min.

3. Once a day, after breakfast or lunch, it is recommended not to drink at night.

Dosage:
It is generally recommended to drink 1-2 packs at a time, with no more than 3 packs per day. When you use it for the first time, you can start with 1 bag and gradually increase the drinking amount.
