There are different opinions on the diet order of diabetes. I basically eat in this order: vegetables+meat+staple food (less thin and more dry)+soup (for reference only). Breakfast is low in oil and salt, which lowers blood sugar. Fried dumplings are just coated with oil at the bottom of the pot and then fried with water. Cucumber, bean skin and laver are all suitable for diabetic friends and have the effect of lowering blood sugar.
Please take care of yourself, stabilize blood sugar and stay away from complications. Ten vegetables that can lower blood sugar are bitter gourd, onion, celery, auricularia auricula, laver, beans, radish, tomato, spinach and kelp.
Fruits: apples, pears, pitaya, kiwi fruit, grapefruit.
