I happened to see a beautiful picture of a goddess in a white coat, with a sweet smile and shawl, so I opened it and heard it out of control. I climbed out of bed, opened my notebook and recorded a few pages, which was really rewarding. Thank you very much for your selfless and wonderful sharing!
Of course I know. She is Mr Jacques. This is Ya He Ke's lecture "Moss flowers are as small as rice, but also learn peony" (II). For an intellectually beautiful teacher, the teachers in the subject group must be particularly familiar with and like her. Her smile is sweet, her voice is gentle, her words are full of wisdom, and she is so modest and lovely. She is really a veritable goddess.
In this lecture, Mr. Jacques expounded his ideas and practices from the aspects of communication, praise, eye contact, smile connection, gesture connection, weakness connection and "I am the root of all problems", which is enlightening to everyone's education and teaching, husband-wife relationship management and parent-child relationship management.
In particular, I noticed that she talked about Wei Shusheng, Li Xigui, Zhu Xiaoping, Hu Daping, Lin Qingxian and other figures and their books in the lecture, which is enough to show that the Yake teacher who insisted on practice provided us with a lot of materials worth learning. So, after listening to the lecture, I immediately placed an order on the website to buy books.
Mr Jacques is a thoughtful and good teacher. She applied the excellent ideas she had learned to her teaching work, making praise cards for children, selecting listeners to observe and designing praise cards, which was very creative. Through various guidance and design, she led the students to create a class group full of positive energy fields, and even led the children's families to form an energy field full of praise and love.
After reading this, I immediately wrote a birthday congratulatory letter or a commemorative letter to my child. My daughter and I agreed to write to each other every birthday, but I couldn't hold off the time and finally ignored it. After listening to the lecture, I immediately wrote a congratulatory letter to my daughter on her tenth birthday, which is the fourth birthday letter she received. In the letter, I used the ideas of praise, communication and gestures taught by Jacques, expressed my gratitude, apology or weakness to my daughter with specific case analysis, combed the parent-child relationship over the past year, and recorded the beauty and expectation in the family, which was very meaningful.
In my opinion, the Tao Te Ching should be a book that yakkers like. In her lecture, she quoted the classic sentences of Laozi and told us the common and profound truth in life in a wise and simple way. Her reading of the Tao Te Ching once inspired me. Last year, she read the book again and benefited a lot. In my opinion, teachers might as well read the Tao Te Ching in their spare time, recite the Tao Te Ching (some chapters) and copy it. What is certain is that everyone's harvest will be great and beautiful.
"I am the root of all problems" is a wonderful summary of Zhu Xiaoping. This sentence is in line with the Marxist philosophy that "internal cause is the fundamental reason for the development and change of things" and is correct. Teacher Jacques introduced this concept to us according to his own experience, reminding everyone again that you might as well light yourself first, then light others, change yourself first, and then change others, just like a desk lamp in front of a desk.
Finally, Mr Jacques emphasized that a good relationship is the premise of education. Please continue to practice and handle the relationship between yourself, nature and society wisely!
