Fatal error detected; Cannot continue; Unhandled operating system exception; C0000005 Install UG appears.

Reason: The existing version of IE browser conflicts with UG. Solution: Replace the version or upgrade the version.

1. First click to open the IE browser installed on the computer.

2. Then find the "gear" icon in the upper right corner of the smart page of the browser, and click the icon.

3. After clicking, select "About Internet Explorer" from the pop-up drop-down menu.

4. The Internet Explorer Version dialog box will pop up on the webpage. Click Automatic Update to set the update settings for Internet Explorer.
