Step 4: Keep the lower body movements unchanged, with the left arm extended forward and the right arm extended upward.

Action focus: This action is divided into four steps, but the crotch swings * * * three times. After these four steps are completed, do four more steps in the opposite direction, that is, a complete set of handles and hips.

Type 2:0- character radian crotch

Step 1: focus on the waist, separate your feet and twist slightly to the right and front.

Step 2: When the crotch slowly turns to the left rear, sit slightly lower, lean forward, focus on the lower body, and keep your back straight when doing the action.

Step 3: the crotch slowly returns to the state of step 1 in the form of "0", and be careful not to rotate with back strength.

Step 4: Continue to turn your crotch to the left rear and sit down slightly. At this point, your knees lean forward and your left foot is raised.

Action focus: this action is also divided into four steps, and the crotch basically rotates with the footsteps. When you are done, do it again in the opposite direction.

The third type: lift the waist and shake the hips.

Step 1: straighten your arms at a right angle of 90 degrees, lean your left foot forward slightly, straighten your right foot forward, and put your body center of gravity on your left foot.
