Is Middle Road Zen Dance a Japanese culture?
The middle way in Zen dance is not Japanese culture. On the basis of Zen dance, Zhongdao Zen dance combines traditional culture, modern dance and Zen. It emphasizes the balance and harmony of body and mind through dance. Although Zen dance originated in Japan, Taoist Zen dance is not Japanese culture, but developed on the basis of Zen culture in China.
