Can pension apartments be recognized as rental housing?
You can't. According to the national definition of pension apartment, pension apartment refers to a special real estate project that provides independent living, life care, rehabilitation and health care, cultural experience and other services for the elderly. Apartment for the elderly usually provides services for the elderly in the form of long-term lease, but it is not a rented house in the traditional sense. Rental housing refers to the owner renting his property to the lessee for living. Apartment for the elderly provides a complete and long-term service system for the elderly, including housing and specific nursing and health care services, so it cannot be simply classified as traditional rental housing, so it cannot be recognized.
