On the wisdom of TCM health preservation in Yijing
The idea of "balance of yin and yang" in traditional Chinese medicine comes from the Book of Changes. In Huangdi Neijing, Su Wen said at the beginning that TCM health preservation should be based on Yin and Yang, with harmony in mathematics and methods based on Yin and Yang. The so-called "law is based on yin and yang" means to respect nature, conform to the weather and follow the laws of nature. Daily life can't go against the laws of nature, and try to "work at sunrise and rest at sunset". "Harmony but not number" refers to choosing the right health care methods of aftercare exercise, such as guidance, massage, mental health, reasonable diet and daily life, persistent exercise, tobacco and alcohol control, and avoiding overwork.

The Book of Changes is summarized from the perspective of the sixty-four hexagrams of the Book of Changes, and the twelve news vividly reflects the rise and fall of yang in our nature. The Book of Changes advocates the health care concept of harmony between man and nature, emphasizing that "depending on nature should depend on people", emphasizing that one yin and one yang is the Tao, and the Book of Changes is yin and yang in the final analysis. The Book of Changes focuses on observing astronomy, geography and personnel. The concept of health preservation in Yijing emphasizes that exercise nourishes yang and quiets yin. The Yellow Emperor's classic Su Wen (Yin and Yang should be like a great theory): "Therefore, it is a disaster to rule against heaven without using the principle of land!" . As the saying goes, everything in the world has no yin and yang, and everything is in the five elements. The same is true of Chinese medicine. For example, flowers are located at the top of plants, so-called flowers blossom, which can treat head and face diseases, such as chrysanthemum and mint. Lianas can treat joint diseases of limbs, such as Sinomenium, Caulis Trachelospermi, Caulis Spatholobi and Flos Lonicerae. Ramulus Mori and Ramulus Cinnamomi of limbs can be used to dredge limbs. Most of the bones, meat and internal organs of animals are the products of flesh-and-blood friendship, which can make up for the shortcomings. Hollow pipe diameter can dredge the orifice, such as reed root and dandelion. Walnut brain can tonify the kidney and strengthen the brain. Lumbricus is vascular and soft, and can be used to treat arteriosclerosis. Those who were born in wet places can benefit from being wet.

There are three treasures in the sky, the sun, the moon and the stars, and people have three treasures. TCM health preservation means nourishing essence, qi and spirit. The most important thing to maintain Yuan Jing is abstinence, nourishing essence and reducing consumption. The ancients recommended meridian massage, but modern people think it is simple and often ignore it. Traditional Chinese medicine advocates health preservation from both congenital and acquired aspects. Kidney storing essence, congenital acupoints are recommended: the first acupoint is Xiadantian, which is called Guanyuan in Chinese medicine, and the second acupoint is Mingmen. Massage these two acupoints with the position of "Laogong point" in the palm of your hand to keep the essence. Laogong point is the point of pericardium meridian, which can make the heart and kidney intersect and be full of energy. It is suggested that Zusanli maintain the acquired acupoints, because the spleen and stomach are the source of acquired qi and blood biochemistry and the focus of human health care. Sticking to massage can enhance human immunity and enhance the function of spleen and stomach. We must also be deaf and blind, sit for a while and lie down. Don't use your ears to the limit, don't look with your eyes for a long time, don't sit for too long, and you can't sleep until you are tired.

The imbalance of yin and yang is the main cause of diseases. Yang deficiency is cold, and yin deficiency is hot. Yang deficiency often occurs, people are afraid of cold, cold limbs, shortness of breath, laziness and fatigue. Yin deficiency refers to the deficiency of essence, blood and body fluid, and the body presents a state of virtual excitement, such as five upset, night sweats, dry mouth and so on. The sky is Yang and the earth is Yin. Choose Baihui point to tonify yang and Yongquan point to tonify yin. People with yang deficiency can often bask in the sun during the day, so that natural Yang can enter the human body from Baihui point. People with yin deficiency can press and rub our Yongquan point.
