So, how to get rid of cold hands and feet at ordinary times? Because cold hands and feet will make them inflexible, inconvenient to move, even frostbite, or sleepless all night. So, how do you usually treat it?
In my opinion, to eliminate cold hands and feet, it is necessary to "adjust inside and raise outside" and do both. "External rearing" is easy to understand, that is, keep warm, wear thick clothes, shoes and socks, cover with thick quilts, and avoid contact with cold water and damp things.
What about "internal support"? First of all, it is edible, mainly foods that tonify qi and blood, such as brown sugar, ginger and jujube tea, Buzhong Yiqi decoction, etc., which many people like; Secondly, it is slow aerobic exercise such as yoga and qigong. For example, the head and elbow handstand in yoga can quickly heat up the legs, feet and whole body in a few minutes. Third, this is a highly respected meditation.
Meditation can dredge meridians, clear up thoughts and improve health, which is an important way of self-cultivation.
We eat whole grains every day, and living in this woman's world, it is inevitable that there will be various imbalances. In addition to various discomforts and imbalances, there are mental disorders such as greed, anger, impatience, arrogance and slowness, which can also be called "heart disease". Usually we only pay attention to the physical imbalance, but become insensitive or even ignore the psychological imbalance.
Man is a part of nature. In autumn and winter, many fruit trees have entered the state of "keeping fit and resting", so should we. People live in spirit, and we need to cultivate spirit, so I think meditation is a perfect way to integrate.
In autumn, when the yang of nature converges and the temperature drops, the human body will vibrate at the same frequency. There are the twelve meridians and Eight Strange Meridians running through the human body, and numerous collaterals are attached to internal organs or floating on the surface skin. These meridians keep harmony inside and outside the human body and form an organic whole.
Meridian is the channel of qi and blood circulation. Qi and blood are transported through meridians to nourish the whole body. If there is not enough qi and blood to be transported away from the heart, hands and feet, it is particularly easy to get cold. Once the meridians are blocked for a long time, it will lead to withering and people will not live long. Dead people have no meridians.
Many imbalances are caused by meridian obstruction, such as constipation, stones and tumors. Look at these names. But in modern medicine, meridians are still mysterious things, which are invisible to medical instruments and ordinary people. However, some "sensitive people" feel them.
From the ancient meridian map, we can know the detailed direction and intersection of each meridian. So, how did the ancients see it so clearly? In fact, the method is "Vipassana", which is the "awareness" that we make good use of in meditation.
Meridian, that is, the scene in the body, can only be seen from the inner view. In ancient times, people lived a simple and honest life, were close to nature, and had high physical sensitivity, so it was easier to realize the inward operation of meridians. And we, living in the fast pace of modern times, all kinds of inert food, entertainment, instruments, etc., let us gradually lose some of our original abilities or become dull.
Therefore, we need to exercise this consciousness through meditation, make ourselves more acute, and learn more about our physical and mental state and ourselves through Vipassana. At the same time, you will find that cold hands and feet are just a small problem, such as sesame seeds.
In meditation, through pranayama, we can feel the circulation of qi in the meridians, and we can clearly "look inward" and "see through" and know how they spread, how they get there, how their bodies react and how they feel inside. This is a quiet, beautiful and harmonious state.
You slowly observe, guide and soften your thoughts, breath (breathing), body reactions, inner feelings, etc. Harmony, consistency, continuity, no chaos, you can experience it.
Through meditation, you can not only get through the meridians, but also leave your spirit inside, so that Qi can naturally merge. Thick qi runs naturally and vigorously between meridians, reaching every part of the body and even every cell, and resolving stagnation. This is a very gentle, safe and thorough natural therapy, and it is a systematic adjustment, which is much better than the temporary stimulation and buffering of external methods such as massage, massage and acupuncture.
Choose a warm and comfortable place without wind, protect your shoulders, neck, waist and knees, and preferably use a meditation cloak, so that you can "arm yourself" well and then start meditation with peace of mind. May your hands and feet no longer be cold in this autumn and winter, and your body and mind will be warm!
