Sweating on hands and feet, but not on other parts. This is the highest state, and it can't be achieved unless it is tempered by more than 100,000 routines. You don't need to fight in this realm, you can know your level only by looking at sweat. The true story of Tai Chi is that only 100 people have achieved this level in hundreds of years.
