1. Five kinds of scented tea:

2. Wax gourd and barley water:

Ingredients: 450g wax gourd, 40g coix seed.

5. Chrysanthemum tea:

When soaking chrysanthemum tea, it is best to use a transparent glass, put four or five capsules at a time and brew with boiling water. If many people drink it, put a handful in a transparent flowerpot, soak it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, and then pour the tea into everyone's transparent glass, or add rock sugar, which will taste sweeter. When drinking, don't drink it all at once, save the third cup of tea, add new tea, soak for a while, and then drink. The tea contains inulin, amino acids, flavonoids, vitamins and trace elements, and has the effects of nourishing liver, improving eyesight, clearing away heart fire, invigorating kidney, invigorating spleen and stomach, moistening throat, promoting fluid production and regulating blood lipid. 6. Three portions of bean soup

Mix black beans, mung beans and red beans in equal amounts, wash them with clear water, put them in a pot, add three parts of water to one part of "three beans", and boil them on low heat, 1~2 times, one bowl a day. 7.kelp and mung bean syrup

Materials:

200g of mung bean, 25g of kelp, 2g of vanilla (also called smelly grass)/1small piece of dried tangerine peel, proper amount of rock sugar and water.

Exercise:

1, mung bean: if you are lazy, wash and soak for half an hour, put it aside for use, and remove the mung bean shell if you want to taste delicious.

2. Vanilla/dried tangerine peel: If dried tangerine peel is put, soak it in water, scrape off the gourd ladle and then wash it. If it's vanilla, just wash it. Chop up the ones you like, the ones with strong flavor, and the ones you don't like, but don't let go. If you don't put it, it won't taste.

4. While processing the materials, boil a pot of water, pour mung beans, herbs/dried tangerine peel and kelp into the pot and simmer for about 2 hours. Remember to add water when cooking, otherwise it will be easy to paste, or the sugar water will be boiled into syrup.

5. When the mung bean is rotten, add rock sugar according to your own taste, and then simmer 15 minutes.

note:

1, mung bean can quench thirst, induce diuresis, reduce swelling, reduce qi, relieve summer heat and remove heat, which is beneficial to the stomach. Because mung beans are cold, spleen and stomach are cold, loose stools, kidney deficiency and low back pain, people with cold limbs are not suitable for eating more.

2. The function of kelp is similar to seaweed. But don't soak kelp for too long, because if it is soaked for too long, its iodine mannitol (with detumescence and diuretic effect) will dissolve.

Cooling and antipyretic, detoxifying and diuretic, treating cough and reducing skin virus (such as youth bean).

8. Ice flower and Sydney water: (Use with caution for "cold people")

Remove the core of Tianjin Yali pear, put some ice cubes in a blender, and pour them into a cup to drink.

9. spear root, bamboo pole, horseshoe and carrot water: ("cold people" should use it with caution)

Buy spearroot bamboo sticks in Chinese medicine shops (rare in Beijing), mix with horseshoe carrots, and cook after martial arts 1 hour. Season with rock sugar and you can drink it.
