Materials: Acorus calamus 15g, bergamot 10g, Poria cocos 30g, Coicis Semen 60g, rice 100g, and appropriate amount of crystal sugar.
Production: Wash Coicis Semen and rice, wrap soaked tangerine peel, Acorus gramineus and Poria with clean cloth, cook porridge, add rock sugar after cooking, and mix well to serve. This is also healthy porridge that can be eaten on weekdays.
4. Huatan Qushi Xia Shu Decoction
Efficacy: clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, dispelling summer heat and promoting diuresis.
Ingredients: white lentils, red beans, raw and cooked coix seed, bergamot, calamus and lotus seeds.
Production: put the above materials into a pot, add 10 bowl of boiling water and stew for about 2 hours, then add lean meat and stew.
