The life of the character
In China, the oldest person with written records is Li Qingyuan. Born in the 18th year of Qing Emperor Kangxi, he died in the 24th year of the Republic of China (1679- 1935) at the age of 256. Li Qingyuan, whose ancestral home is Yunnan, lived in Kaixian County, Sichuan Province in his 90s until his death. Full of children and grandchildren. Because of his extraordinary attainments and achievements in traditional Chinese medicine, especially in health care and fitness, he is known as the "immortal".

Liu's interview and reminiscence articles were published in the sixth issue of Qigong magazine 1986, and there was also 1000 words of Immortality dictated by the birthday girl. After the death of the old man, some newspapers in Beijing reported on the topic of "the oldest person on earth".
The centenarian birthday girl in the Qing Dynasty appreciated a sentence by Lu, a scholar in the Qing Dynasty: "You can live longer with a light meal, provided that you have no worries, complete your official meals early, no surprises or humiliation, do not owe others debts, and do not pawn them." Li Qingyuan followed this "recipe" all his life. He said, "This is really a recipe for health preservation and longevity. If you get this, you can live forever, and you don't have to use a panacea to refine the elixir.
