Corn carrot sparerib soup

The ingredients we need to prepare: a big sparerib, a fresh corn, a fresh carrot, a proper amount of red dates and medlar. In addition, you need to prepare some ginger and some cooking wine. Don't forget to prepare edible salt and essence.

Exercise:

1, treat the ribs first, wash the ribs and cut them into sections. Then we blanch the ribs, fill the pot with water, put the cut ribs in, put some ginger slices and 3 spoonfuls of cooking wine, then boil the water with high fire, and boil it for another two minutes. At about the same time, sift out the floating foam in the pot with a sieve.

When cooking ribs, we use another casserole, add enough water, about 2/3 of this amount, then cover it and boil the water first. Put the ribs in the casserole with chopsticks, then put a few slices of ginger in the casserole, then boil them over high fire, cover the pot and stew them over low heat for an hour.

3. While stewing ribs, handle corn and carrots. After peeling the corn, clean the whiskers on the surface of the corn, then cut the corn into sections of about 3 cm, and then cut it from the middle for half. After washing carrots, cut them into pieces with an oblique knife. In addition, we put jujube and medlar in a bowl, wash them with clear water first, and then push the core of jujube out of the knot with a straw. According to this step, we will handle all the red dates.

4. When the ribs in the casserole are almost stewed, we will put carrots and corn in the pot, then put the processed red dates in the pot (pay attention to the medlar at the end), then cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the washed medlar in the last ten minutes when the ribs are boiled. In the end, we put a spoonful of salt to taste, and then stir it evenly with a spoon, and the delicious and nutritious sparerib soup is ready.

Corn and carrots are added to this soup, which is especially fresh and sweet to eat. Corn and carrots have a good effect on the eyes (eye care), and ribs, which are rich in protein and calcium, are beneficial to the human body. Therefore, people who use their eyes too much or live a weak life can often cook a bowl of nutritious sparerib soup to supplement their bodies. Interested friends try it quickly.
