What is "having a wallet"? It means that some people have a bulging bulge at the back of their neck. In fact, the performance of "having a wallet" at the back of the neck is closely related to cervical spondylosis, and it is not a sign of wealth and good luck. As for why it is called "Fuguibao", there may be no textual research.
However, in the past, the formation of rich bags was mostly related to the long-term handling of heavy objects, perhaps because of the self-mockery of the "coolies" brothers. But in this era, wealth mainly occurs in people who bend their heads at their desks, look at their mobile phones and use computers for a long time. It can be regarded as a symptom of cervical spondylosis.
Our so-called rich bag mainly refers to the hard lump formed by the swelling of the seventh cervical vertebra. You can relax and sit still and touch the back of your neck with your own hands to see if it is obviously protruding. People with rich bags under the eyes are often accompanied by symptoms of cervical spondylosis such as pain and stiffness of neck and shoulder muscles, and severe symptoms of cervical nerve compression such as numbness and tingling in hands and arms.
So, why do "low-headed people" get richer as they grow? Because the posture of lowering the head and probing the neck for a long time makes the cervical vertebra bear a huge load of the weight of the skull. The small joints responsible for maintaining the stability between cervical vertebrae are overwhelmed and slide, thus forming a "bulge" at the back of the neck. Under normal circumstances, cervical vertebra is normal physiological lordosis, thoracic vertebra is physiological kyphosis, and the junction of neck and chest is also the junction of lordosis and kyphosis. When cervical spondylolisthesis occurs, the lower cervical vertebra is excessively lordosis and the upper thoracic vertebra is excessively kyphosis, and bony processes are formed at the junction. The bony process directly acts on the attached muscles, and the related muscle groups swell due to tension and spasm, which makes the bony process more prominent, thus forming a rich bag. Therefore, the rich capsule is not only the process of bone (spinous process of vertebral body), but also the hyperplastic muscle tissue.
For example, the cervical vertebra has seven sections, and the fat place is generally in the seventh cervical vertebra, specifically the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra. There is something special about this place. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine, this is the orientation of Dazhui. Dazhui point is the point where the yang heat of hands and feet flows into this point and goes up to the point of head and neck with the yang of Du meridian. Here, the qi and blood substances are mostly solid, and the yang in the point is full and firm as a vertebra, hence the name Dazhui. Anatomically, the seventh cervical vertebra is attached to the posterior cervical muscle represented by the inferior oblique muscle, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical spondylosis. At the same time, the formation of Fuguibao is largely due to the fatigue injury and spasm of these muscles.
In order to avoid and eliminate the wealth bag as much as possible, the first thing is to change the bad habits of walking, sitting and lying down. Everyone should consciously maintain a good posture, whether it is watching mobile phones, using computers, reading books, etc. Always pay attention to whether your posture is correct; Avoid bowing your head for a long time, and choose a suitable and supportive pillow to support the normal cervical curvature during sleep.
At the same time, it is also important to strengthen the exercise of muscles around the cervical spine.
At present, the relatively safe and effective exercise for cervical spondylosis should be "isometric contraction of the muscles behind the neck"-it sounds a bit complicated, but it is actually very simple. Modern biomechanics believes that muscle, as a dynamic balance system (bones and ligaments are static balance systems), is of great significance to the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis. "Isometric contraction movement of the posterior cervical muscles" is to make the posterior cervical muscles more powerful and elastic, thus effectively maintaining the mechanical balance of the cervical spine and achieving the purpose of effectively preventing and treating cervical spondylosis. At present, this exercise is the only one supported by reliable literature in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
The specific method is:
1. Rear: Take a sitting position. First, put your hands and fingers crossed above the occipital tuberosity (back of the head). Press the occipital part forward with both hands, and the headrest part will press backward against the strength of both hands.
2. Left side: Place the left palm on the top of the left temporal bone (temple), press the top of the left temporal bone to the right with the head against the left palm.
3. Right side: Place the right palm on the top of the right temporal bone (temple), press the top of the right temporal bone to the left, and press the head against the right palm.
4. Front: put your hands and fingers crossed on your forehead (forehead). Press your hands back hard and your forehead forward hard to resist the strength of your hands.
All exercises should be suitable for the neck muscles to feel bloated, and the head and neck should be in the middle during the whole exercise (that is, the head and neck should always be straight). The time and frequency of exercise are not strict. We suggest that each action can last for 30 seconds and complete a group in two minutes. It can be done several times a day from time to time-but it needs long-term persistence.
