Me: Good morning, Master Liu!
Master Liu, I admire Wudang's martial arts. I like watching martial arts TV plays since I was a child. I recently joined a college, and the teacher gave me an assignment to interview ten awesome people in my heart. May I ask you a few questions? Thank you very much and look forward to your reply.
Liu: Yes.
Me: OK, thank you very much for your reply. I list a few questions to help. As long as you have time to reply. [Hugs] I hope you can take some time to reply to my message.
Liu: Go ahead.
Me:
1. Under what circumstances did you fall in love with martial arts?
2. It is said that you have been practicing martial arts for ten years. What are the difficulties that impressed you, regardless of the cold winter and hot summer?
3. How did you overcome the difficulties?
How do you balance your habits in this fast-paced life?
5. Any good suggestions for our generation of young people? Such as physical fitness, self-cultivation?
Liu:
1, because I was weak and sick from childhood, I loved martial arts since I was a child, and I began to learn traditional folk martial arts at the age of 8. 15 years old, went to Wudang Xianshan to learn from the teacher.
I started to learn martial arts when I was 8 years old, and I have been learning martial arts for more than 30 years now. I am very bitter and tired, and I am scarred all over.
I once had the idea of giving up, but at the thought of my father being bullied, I was very angry and tried to stick to it.
I live in a fast-paced living environment in Guangzhou. I practice Tai Chi, stand on piles, meditate, and cultivate my mentality and balance habits.
Nowadays, young people play mobile games every day and don't like to move, so now young people are much sub-healthy. I think young people should study hard now. We learn and inherit the traditional culture of China, develop Wudang and serve the people.
Thank you very much for your quick reply to my question. Thank you very much
I know that he has a martial arts school in Guangzhou, which is the 15th generation descendant of Wudang Sanfeng School.
Last year, the year before last, I was invited to attend a summer camp in Wudang, but I didn't have time.
In the last two years, I must plan to take my children to Wudang Mountain in the summer vacation to experience the profoundness of Chinese Wushu! Which little friend would like to climb Wudang Mountain with me?
The following is a brief introduction to Wudang Mountain in last summer camp:
Say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city, stay away from anxiety and impetuousness,
All five holy mountains, regardless of distance, according to a constant habit in my life,
Taoist Wudang practiced Buddhism hard, hoping to prove that Wudang Mountain is a thoroughfare one day.
Take advantage of Wudang scenery and learn Tai Chi.
Enjoy the flowers and know a hundred herbs; Wenqinyu, a peach garden,
Good yin and yang, Ming Hyunri.
Go to Wudang for study this time.
Seven national martial artists and young martial artists,
