The technique of Gankun Palm originated from Geng State in Yin and Shang Dynasties, about 3000 years ago. Gankun palm method is closely related to the righteousness of returning to Tibet in Shang Dynasty, and advocates the principle of "returning to Kun".
The characteristics of Gankun palm method are: paying attention to the induction with nature, but not advocating "lifting qi". Natural induction means that people interact with everything in the world (animals, plants, minerals) and exchange energy information with each other, rather than unilateral gas production. Martial arts are taught by word of mouth. In ancient times, it was not about bamboo and silk, so there were no books to read.

Second, the feeling of palm work formula

Gradually increase the distance between palms, and relax and bend your fingers. Form a mind in vitro, in which dry kunqi enters and exits. One heart works for two hearts, and two hearts are United. Third, natural induction.
1. Tiangan and Kun Zhou Xun Tiangan Zhang Kungong originated from "Returning to Tibet", so Tiangan is extremely important.
All celestial bodies in the sky belong to Kun, including the moon, the twenty-eight nights and the sun, so "Kun follows Sunday" is used to express celestial induction. The induction of the sun usually takes place at sunset. This time symbolizes that the dry (sun) belongs to Kun (earth), and it is the time when the sun turns to the cloudy. The moon has two induction times: when the moon rises for the first time, and the new moon ends when the sun sets on the second day of each month. This symbolizes that the moon is attached to the dry sky.
2. Earth induction and dry pulse
The best effect of earth induction is to act directly on rocks and soil in nature. Many northwest people often go to caves on the Loess Plateau, surrounded by loess, and are deeply impressed. These people are in good health. Caves are also a good place to practice. Both natural caves and artificial caves are suitable for cultivation as long as they are not covered with artificial materials.
Through the experience of earth induction, people find that the effect of practicing in different places is different, which is attributed to the earth's atmosphere. It is found that in some areas, the underground is not only full of yin but also full of yang. Experience shows that these areas are banded and reflected in topography and geomorphology. These banded areas are called dry veins in Gankun palm surgery. Like Kun's With Sunday mentioned above, the dry pulse is also an important concept in the dry palm method.
As for the characteristics of dry land veins, it used to be described as follows: "In dry land, if described, it looks like a ridge. The meeting of yin and yang is also a gathering of five elements. "
Based on decades of field investigation and research, the author thinks that the trunk vein in Gankunzhang method is a fault zone in modern tectonic geology. The fault zone is the most active part of the earth's crust, which is distributed in a belt shape. The surface vegetation of the fault zone is developed and the underground minerals are rich. The geothermal energy, electromagnetic field and gas release on the fault zone are abnormal, which is really a good place to practice "Yin and Yang meet and the five elements meet".
3. Biological induction
The biological induction of dry kunzhang is mainly plants, but there are conditions for animal practice (turtles, snakes, etc.) No longer exists). Dry kunzhang technology can be used to induce plants in forests, grasslands, parks and so on.
When practicing, you should first make a moment when your hands are crossed, then feel your palms facing the Woods, grasslands, fields and flower beds, and increase your induction by shaking your palms. Practice crossing your hands after induction, and collect your work after a while. Gan Kunzhang's acrobatic skills are the induction of plants, and he regards creatures as friends with acrobatic skills. The yogi first gets angry with the creature, and immediately reacts after the creature senses it, producing the true qi. Through induction, practitioners improve their health and trees flourish. This is what the ancients called the process of returning to nature.
