It's a blessing written by the monks themselves. We ordinary people eat many times better than in the temple. Why do we still have all kinds of diseases and unhealthy? The reason lies not only in what we eat and how we eat, but also in our blessings.

Many people are concerned about fat, protein and nutrients. However, we must understand that people are not only made up of earth, water, fire, gas and other material elements, nor are they made up as much as they eat. That was not the case.

The body is smarter than the brain. What you eat is up to you; But can you decide how much to absorb and how much to discharge? I can't. I felt that I was malnourished, so I tried my best to take supplements and kill chicken, duck and fish soup. As a result, I became more ill and unhealthy. Killing karma will lead to fewer blessings and worse health. We should have this kind of cognition.

Our body, this color body, is not only ours, but also inhabited by many sentient beings. The magic body is the dharma body. Our body is called retribution body, which is formed by good karma and bad karma from generation to generation, and it is expressed here. So our illness is not only physical, but also psychological and karmic. So the treatment methods are different. Our health must also proceed from these three dimensions.

Many people work hard on health care and think that natural recuperation is health care. Yeah, not so good. Eat when you should eat, sleep when you should sleep, eat well, sleep well, arrange well and be in a good mood. With these four good things, we can be very healthy; More importantly, try to cultivate good news.

People who really trim the edges, no matter the color, everything is fine. On the contrary, some people, who have exhausted all the skills in the world, are still useless or unhealthy. The more time you spend on your body, the worse things will get.

Buddhism has thirty-two forms, eighty kinds of goodness, solemn methods and healthy bodies. Have you eaten? It is full of blessings and dedication to serve all beings. Regard Buddha as solemn, love light as strict, cherish and cultivate happiness. Full of happiness in interests, healthy in body and mind in happiness; Induce Daojiao with the deepest respect, and get rid of diseases and prolong life in inducing Daojiao.
