It is recorded in A Dream of Red Mansions. Now that the Grandmother Jia and others have had tea, they brought Granny Liu to the Jade Buddha Temple. Miaoyu is busy collecting it. Miaoyu smiled and gave a hand. Jia mu said? We just ate wine and meat. You have a bodhisattva here, and you are guilty. Let's sit here, bring your good tea, have a drink and leave. ? Miaoyu immediately went to make tea. Grandmother Jia said, I don't eat Lu 'an tea. ? Miaoyu smiled and said:? I see. This is Lao Jun's eyebrows. Lu 'an tea refers to Lu 'an melon slices, which is one of the top ten famous teas in China. Produced in Dabie Mountain area of Lu 'an City, Anhui Province, it can also be regarded as the first-class famous tea. In the Qing Dynasty, it was presented to the palace as tribute tea, which was a kind of tea that was very popular among dignitaries at that time.
Xiong Ming's "Snail Tea" records that Lu 'an tastes bitter. There is also such a record in Yu Kao. Lu 'an tea is also refined, and medicine is the most effective. But green tea is not suitable for drinking when you are full. In this article, Jia Mu said: We all ate wine and meat. ? From this sentence, we can also know that Jia Mu attaches great importance to drinking tea for health.
In the 22nd episode of A Dream of Red Mansions, Baochai knew that Jia Mu was an old man who liked lively operas and sweet and rotten food, so she always told her former lover that Jia Mu was even happier. It can be seen from here that Jia Mu likes sweets, but Lu 'an tea is bitter, so Jia Mu doesn't like to drink this kind of tea, which should be the same reason, while Laojunmei produced in Junshan, Dongting, tastes a little sweet and should be more to Jia Mu's taste.
In fact, it shouldn't be said that Jia Mu doesn't like Lu 'an tea, but Lao Junmei is more suitable for her taste. She refused to quote Lu 'an tea as her living habit. However, Jia Mu is very particular about drinking tea. Miaoyu finished talking with Laojunmei, and Grandmother Jia immediately asked what kind of water was used to make tea. Miaoyu replied that it was the rain of the old year, and Grandmother Jia picked up the tea and drank half a cup.
It can be seen from this that Jia Mu knows tea very well, and the choice of water is very important for people who study tea. It is recorded in Suku's Sixteen Soups. Soup is the longevity of tea. ? In the Four Essentials of Fried Tea, it is even more important. Choose water? Put it in the first place in fried tea.
