What substance is it? Innate energy is a primitive energy existing in the universe.
We all know that Qi is a very important concept in Chinese medicine and Taoist culture, but what substance or energy is this Qi? There is a difference between qi and qi. Today, I want to talk to you about this "qi". There are three ways to write "Qi", one is Qi, the other is to write one meter under Qi, and the third is that there is no word at the top and bottom. What's the difference between these three gases? What do they stand for?

First of all, let's talk about the gas in this air, including weather, local gas, polluted gas, clean gas, nutrient gas, defensive gas, genuine gas and primordial energy. It describes a state, that is, a form that can be perceived, so it is interpreted as a cloud gas, and all gas comes from gas.

The word "rice" is added under the word "qi", which means that the grains we eat are converted into energy, which is the subtle substance in Shui Gu, that is, the acquired qi. Ancient health care experts believed that "playing" and "qi" were two different concepts. "Qi" is the initial innate energy of the human body, and "Qi" refers to the energy generated through acquired breathing and diet. Qigong exercises mainly connect the innate "qi" through acquired breathing and other methods, so as to achieve the effect of strengthening the body and prolonging life. "Play" and "Qi" are both ancient characters, meaning cloud qi and hieroglyphics. It also means breathing and smell. Before the Tang Dynasty, there was no difference between the two.

Later, Taoism used "play" to represent nature, which is the source of all life and things, and "qi" to represent the day after tomorrow, so the meanings of the two were separated. These four poems appear in many ancient Taoist books, and the general Taoist view has these four words: Taoist poems last forever. This gas can also be said to be unique to Taoism. There is a saying in Tao Te Ching: Everything is negative and holds Yang, and harmony is one.

Lao Tzu said that "shua" is a substance between Yin and Yang, which is the primitive chaotic state of Yin and Yang and the most primitive energy in the universe. This refers to innate vitality, which cannot be compared with acquired qi. Taoism believes that congenital Tong Yuan is the source of life, and this "communication" is formed by our contact from our mother's womb.

It comes from natural energy, which is the internal energy to maintain our body balance. It is different from air. It needs to stimulate physiological functions such as viscera, meridians and acupoints through the human body as a conductor to help the human body achieve a balanced state.

The concept of Lian is recorded in many ancient books and Huangdi Neijing. It first appeared in the Warring States period, then formed in the Han Dynasty, and developed into the Ming and Qing Dynasties after thousands of years. It is recorded in relevant ancient books as "Theory of Vitality" and "Theory of Vitality". The explanation in Shuo Wen Jie Zi is that the theory of "seeking for the same spirit" originated from Guan Yinzi's thought that it is equal to and higher than "qi". We can think of it as ions, including anions and cations, which maintain our life activities with unique fluidity.

There have been many records about "Qi" in pre-Qin literature, such as "Mandarin? Zhou Yu: "The sum of heaven and earth cannot be out of order"; And "Mandarin? Zhou Yushang: "From now on, as for the first day, the earth will evaporate every day." There are also many records about Zuozhuan, such as Zuozhuan? Zhao Gongnian: "There are six days in the sky, with five flavors, five colors, five tones, and six diseases. The six words are yin, yang, wind, rain, yin and Ming. " These six forces can also be understood as six forces.

Then the word covers all the functions of qi. Look from the glyph, there is nothing on the top and four on the bottom. This quarter bottom represents fire, representing making something out of nothing. Then it contains a kind of energy, including this electromagnetic wave, gas, gold, wood, water, fire, earth and other intangible energy. This qi is the origin of the creation of all things in the universe and the basic energy for the continuation of all things in the universe. This is an endless energy flow.

Monks think this word is unintentional, so this qi also means pure inaction. Since he is innate, it is an energy that runs through the visible and invisible of the universe, and this energy can be used through consciousness to achieve the purpose of health preservation, so this energy is the most basic energy source in the body during health preservation, and we can mobilize it through special methods, such as qigong breathing and induction.

People who sit still believe that the energy of qi can achieve healing and health care for the human body through the interaction of action and consciousness. This qi has changed from form to existence since the beginning of the universe. It is a subtle substance, as the mechanism and energy substance of the creation of all things in the universe, but it is invisible!

So let's share this question here first. See you next time.
