Conditions for rent reduction and exemption of shops:
1. The rent that can be reduced or exempted is the annual rent in 2022;
2. Lease state-owned houses, including houses of state-owned enterprises and government departments, universities, research institutes and other administrative institutions, as well as central state-owned houses, including houses of relevant departments, central enterprises, central universities and research institutes;
3. The lessee belongs to small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households. For the identification standards of small and micro enterprises, please refer to the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Printing and Distributing the Classification Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises (Li Anqi [201] No.300 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Catering industry employees 10, and operating income10 million yuan or more. Micro-enterprises refer to enterprises with less than 10 employees or operating income less than10 million yuan;
4. The lessee who applies for rent reduction and exemption shall apply for rent reduction and exemption for different periods according to the county-level administrative region or other high-risk regions where he is located in 2022.
Legal basis: Article 180 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Those who fail to perform their civil obligations due to force majeure shall not bear civil liability. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail.
Force majeure is an unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective situation.
