202 1 age division standard
The age of 202 1 can be divided into six segments. The first stage is babies aged 0 to 3. The second stage is the child stage from 4 years old to 12. The third stage is from 13 to 16 to 18. The fourth stage, under 45 years old, belongs to the young and middle-aged stage. The fifth stage is that people under 60 belong to middle age. The sixth stage is that people over 60 years old belong to the old age stage.
Different types of classification have different standards. Legally, people under 18 are minors, and the starting point for the elderly is 60 years old. Article 17 of the Civil Code stipulates that a natural person over 18 years old is an adult. A natural person under the age of eighteen is a minor. Article 2 of the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly stipulates that the elderly referred to in this Law refer to citizens over the age of 60.
