1, scientific research:
Thinking: Pay attention to innovation, do not repeat the research work done by others, and like to choose blank directions or topics that have not been reclaimed. Therefore, most of its research and achievements are pioneering and innovative achievements to fill academic gaps, which have a certain foundation or milestone demonstration effect or paving the way for an academic direction or topic.
Work summary: presided over nearly 30 national, provincial and bureau-level (including school-level) projects and topics, and participated in many scientific research projects. As the person in charge of the project, the projects at all levels include the subprojects of major national projects directly approved by the State Council, the National Natural Science Foundation, the major basic research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the subprojects funded by the the State Council Ancient Books Planning Leading Group, the state administration of traditional chinese medicine Project, the key scientific and technological research projects and applied basic research projects of the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province [all of which belong to the natural science projects of the provincial government], and the Ninth Five-Year Plan of the Sichuan Provincial Government. Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Science and Technology Plan of Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau for Transforming Applied Foundations and Achievements [Natural Science Project of the Municipal Government] and Key Technology Research Project of Benefiting the People through Science and Technology, Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project of Sichuan Education Department, Natural Science Research Project and Humanities Research Project of Science and Technology Development Fund of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and National Key Discipline Acupuncture and Tuina Scientific Research Open Fund Project. More than 65,438+000 papers have been published and are being published (after the implementation of the "core journal" system by the state, they have all been published in core journals, and many papers are being submitted to SCI full-text journals for publication); Dozens of invention patents have been authorized and applied for; Won more than ten provincial, ministerial and academic awards; Published 28 monographs, reference books, ancient books and teaching materials at home and abroad (including cooperation and participation).
(1) The direction of historical philology in China (including ancient philology and lexicography): It is a long-term direction.
① As an early entrepreneur and core researcher, he participated in the compilation of "The Grand Ceremony of China": 1989 65438+ 10. As a core researcher, he participated in the compilation of the pilot project of "The Grand Ceremony of China", the only major national project of ancient literature directly approved by the State Council since the founding of the People's Republic of China (also an important project of the national 11th Five-Year Plan for cultural development). He also drafted academic working documents with a total of 1 more than 10,000 words, such as working rules, compilation scheme, bibliography and sample draft, which were later used as the main reference documents for the compilation of the Grand Ceremony (the general outline was deleted and revised on the basis of the detailed rules he drafted). He was also elected as the Secretary-General of the pilot project of the Medical and Health Code by the Beijing Conference (there are only two people in China, except Li Rong, and the other is Zheng Jinsheng, the chief scientist of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine). He has served as the academic secretary, deputy editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of the General Practice Theory Headquarters. In 2009, a nearly million-word "Chinese Grand Ceremony, Medical and Health Code, General Command of Medicine" was published, which is the opening command of the whole Medical and Health Code (ranking first), and its content is the discipline purpose that has been guiding the overall situation of China's medicine and guiding the direction of China's medicine for thousands of years. It is also an unprecedented monograph of its kind in China's medical academic history. It is the first book to comprehensively and systematically search and sort out the original texts of traditional Chinese medicine culture such as Medical Way, Medical Name, Medical Ethics, Doctor and Patient, Therapeutic Method and Medical Source. It is of fundamental and landmark significance, and will be recognized by scholars all over the world over time, which will have a great impact (see Baidu Encyclopedia for details.
② There are five kinds of dictionaries and monographs that fill in the blank, such as Dictionary of Difficult Characters in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Research on Incorrect Characters, Ancient and Modern Characters and Variants, and Dictionary of Incorrect Characters in Traditional Chinese Medicine. As early as 1975, I worked hard for more than 20 years, and finally wrote the first monograph and dictionary of Chinese medicine difficult words and the first monograph and dictionary of Chinese medicine easy to misspell. As early as 1986, when he was in his thirties, he had published monographs and dictionaries of historical documents and languages that were influential at home and abroad, such as Dictionary of Difficult Words in TCM, Error-prone TCM, and Quick Memory Method of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in TCM, which attracted the attention of nearly 30 newspapers (TV and other media were not popular at that time) and received more than 5,000 letters from readers. His works have been well received by hundreds of famous scholars from all walks of life at home and abroad. 200 1 updated and reprinted by Shanghai Science and Technology Literature Publishing House. His works "A Study of Tongue Characters, Ancient and Modern Characters and Differentiated Characters" (the research achievement of Sichuan philosophy and social sciences in the Ninth Five-Year Plan) and "Dictionary of Tongue Characters of Traditional Chinese Medicine" clarify and put forward the new concepts of "ancient and modern characters" and "differentiated characters" for the first time, and define and define the concept of "ancient and modern characters" which has been extremely confusing for more than 2,000 years, which has been highly praised by authoritative scholars in relevant academic circles. In addition, almost at the same time, he and another scholar put forward the concept of "heterogeneous pregnancy" and put forward a new theory with sufficient arguments in many other aspects such as the classification of differentiated words. These are of great theoretical and practical value not only in humanities, but also in the research and application of medical historical documents, and have been approved as the ninth five-year plan project of philosophy and social sciences in Sichuan Province. The above research has won the first prize of Sichuan Federation of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Provincial Department of Education and Provincial Language Society.
This research direction has the following research work and achievements:
③ As early as 198 1, he began to participate in the collation of the important historical document Jingyue Quanshu by Qiu Zongzhi's research group, and was instructed by Zhao to participate in the collation and research of the whole book by his research group on 1985. 1987 participated in sorting out the key project of the Ministry of Health, Historical Documents of Important Health Education, and the largest health book in ancient China, Eight Chapters of Respect for Life (both of which are big books), which were published by People's Health Publishing House, and were selected as "the only representative work of sorting out medical books for foreign guests" by the editorial, and won the scientific and technological progress of traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province 1989. Li Rong's in-depth study of the latter continues.
④ 1993 The the State Council Leading Group for the Planning and Publishing of Ancient Books funded the Shanghai Science and Technology Publishing House to publish hundreds of thick volumes of medical books (each volume contains several kinds of medical books), which was also a key publishing project in the Eighth Five-Year Plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan. Li Rong presided over the task of sorting out Acupuncture Classics Tongren Point and Seeking Truth from Pulse, and participated in the publication.
⑤ 1996, Vice President Liang of this school was awarded the topic of "Dictionary Compilation of Acupuncture and Tuina" by Sichuan Academic Leaders' Reserve Candidate Training Fund. Li Rong participated in the compilation of the largest dictionary of Acupuncture and Tuina as the first deputy editor and the editor-in-chief of the book, and specifically undertook the compilation of 300,000 words of "Historical Documents of Acupuncture and Tuina and Doctors", which was published by People's Health Publishing House. Li plans to sort out and revise his own acupuncture and massage historical documents and acupuncture and massage doctors, and compile the first scientific and standardized bibliography of acupuncture and massage ancient books.
⑥ In 2002, Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine undertook a major project of the basic work of the Ministry of Science and Technology, namely "Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Information Database (Ancient Materia Medica Books)", and Li Rong led his graduate student Ren Yulan (now a doctor of medicine) to undertake the research on the historical document "Eight Notes on Respect for Life and Diet".
⑦ In 2003, Li Rong was in charge of the tenth five-year plan project of Sichuan philosophy and social sciences, "Research on Traditional Literature Linguistics and Chinese Character Informatization", which explored the subject direction of TCM for the first time.
⑧ From 2003 to 2005, Li participated in or presided over the following literature research work: 1) Participated in the Research on the Characters Used in the National Chinese Character Database (Computer) undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other units; 2) Participate in the demonstration of Compiling a Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is led by Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and participated by some traditional Chinese medicine colleges; 3) Participate in the project "Comparative Study on Pathogenicity of Phlegm Drink" of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, which is in charge of Professor Zhang Qi. 4) Presided over the Science and Technology Development Fund Project of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Compilation of Prevention and Treatment of SARS with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine". 5) Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan Reference Book "Dictionary of TCM Health Preservation".
⑵ Research direction of organ fibrosis and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases (direction of traditional Chinese medicine or direction of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine): long-term direction.
It is planned to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (including acupuncture) inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis for many years (revealing the modern biological basis of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture antagonizing pulmonary fibrosis), and draw inferences from others, and then extend to the study of the world theme of "Chinese medicine preventing and treating chronic diseases" (including its historical literature research) ...
Few scholars at home and abroad have set foot in this direction (they have done novelty retrieval in authoritative scientific and technological information retrieval units and databases at home and abroad), but the research team led by Li Rong has become a leading team at home and abroad in the basic research direction of the mechanism of Chinese medicine (including acupuncture) inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis after more than 10 years of exploration. He integrated scholars from four famous western universities (Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Science and Technology) to tackle key problems jointly. Under the leadership of Li Rong, he presided over 10 series of research projects at various levels, including the National Natural Science Foundation project. More than 30 papers have been published in core journals, and many papers are being submitted to SCI full-text journals, and more than one invention patent 10 has been applied and won provincial and ministerial science and technology.
Nature (20 10, July, 2007) paid attention to, advocated and appealed to Chinese medicine and acupuncture science in China twice. Since 2004, Nature has published three research papers on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Concerned about the frontier trends and orientation of world-famous scientific journals, based on the advantages of Li Rong's team in TCM and acupuncture research, and combining these two trends, Li Rong's team's "Study on Molecular Mechanism of TCM and Acupuncture Antagonizing Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF)EMT under the Guidance of Epithelial-Interstitial Transformation Theory" was born.
His team's previous research on the molecular regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture found that it has positive and significant significance in regulating the balance of I/II cytokines, regulating TGF-β/IFN-γ receptors and these two key signal transduction pathways, so it is planned to combine the original theory of ancient Chinese medicine on the basis of previous work. From research direction (PF)→ theoretical link (EMT)→ small discovery (TGF-β/IFN-γ), we re-applied for national natural science fund and other funded projects, in order to advance to the depth level of EMT, continue to explore the molecular mechanism of EMT in TCM and acupuncture against PF, and deeply reveal the modern biological basis of TCM against PF. The research plan includes the following methods: extracting lung tissues of PF experimental animal model at different development stages intervened by traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, separating and purifying epithelial cells from in vivo tissues by using direct detection indexes of lung tissues, and culturing chemotactic EMT in vitro, so as to achieve the purpose of mutual verification between in vitro and in vivo experiments. Key molecules in EMT process (collagen-1mRNA, etc. ), protease-γ chip, tissue inhibitor of MMP (such as TIMP- 1 2) and extracellular matrix of FB (α-SMA, etc. ) were detected and analyzed, and the EMT regulatory network and key targets of traditional Chinese medicine against the disease were verified by quantitative PCR, and TGF-SMA was screened by information fusion and other methods.
In addition, Li Rong's team also studied the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on organ fibrosis such as vascular fibrosis (arteriosclerosis) and cardiac fibrosis, and has nearly 10 invention patents.
⑶ Research work, achievements and three pioneering contributions in health care: (1) The "Oriental Natural Health Care Methodology System" was put forward and constructed for the first time, supported by scientific research projects, series of books and papers published at home and abroad; ② The theory of five zang-organs health preservation was put forward for the first time, and the ancient and modern health preservation prescriptions were unified by using the theory of five zang-organs of traditional Chinese medicine, supported by scientific research projects and monograph publication; ③ The theory of saliva health preservation was put forward comprehensively and systematically for the first time, supported by scientific research projects and monograph publication: the above is the phased research direction, which was carried out in the 1980s and 1990s and achieved phased results. Now it has stopped and is engaged in new health preservation work.
As early as 1987, Li Rong participated in the collation and collation of key projects of the Ministry of Health, important historical documents of health education, and Eight Chapters of Zunsheng, the largest health-preserving book in ancient China, and then set up a project in the Sichuan Provincial Education Department to conduct another research on the literature of Eight Chapters of Zunsheng, the largest health-preserving book in ancient China. Later, he successively presided over the major basic work projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the research on drinking and clothing of the Chinese medicine science and technology information database, the key application projects of the Sichuan Science and Technology Department, the research on saliva health care and methodology system construction in China (the provincial government's natural science project), and the science and technology development fund project of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. On this basis, after more than ten years of systematic and comprehensive analysis, the academic theory and methodology system of "Oriental Natural Health Preservation" was formally put forward and constructed for the first time in the late 1990s, and it is planned to form another complete system of traditional Chinese medicine together with the existing "natural therapy". With the strong support of a number of research projects of the above-mentioned series of scientific research topics, many series of monographs have been published at home and abroad, and many papers have been published in Hongkong and Chinese mainland, and many awards have been won. It has a certain milestone and basic significance in the construction of medical and health legal system (this is different from some "empty medical and health authorities" in the international and academic circles without formal scientific research projects, published research papers and formal government and academic awards); At the same time, Li Rong formally put forward and constructed the "Five Zang-organs Health-preserving Theory" for the first time, unified ancient and modern health-preserving prescriptions with the five Zang-organs theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and published a series of five Zang-organs Health-preserving Prescriptions with a thickness of more than 500,000 words. In this issue, the theory of saliva health preservation was formally put forward and constructed for the first time, and the most comprehensive and systematic China Saliva Health Preservation Series with more than 200,000 words was published at home and abroad. In addition, in the aspect of health higher education, Li Rong also participated in the compilation of the national unified textbook "Health and Rehabilitation" edited by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Peking University, as well as the compilation of the "Twelfth Five-Year" national dictionary of Chinese medicine health. Li Rong, one of the monographs of Saliva Health Care in China and Oriental Natural Health Care Series, was filmed by British Metropolitan Film and Television Company in China in 2000 as a feature film on Chinese medicine culture. At the same time, it won the translation and publication agreement of Korean publishing house, the third prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Sichuan Education Department and the first prize of outstanding scientific research achievements of Sichuan Folklore Society. Li Rong participated in another document map of health preservation history (the research achievement of Sichuan Provincial Education Department), which won the second prize of Science and Technology Award and Academic Works Award issued by China Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the first prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Sichuan Provincial Education Department, the second prize of outstanding achievements in social sciences of Sichuan Higher Education Society and outstanding achievements in social sciences of Sichuan Province. In addition, as early as 1980s, Li Rong participated in the preliminary research report of the large-scale literature research on the academic history of health preservation, Eight Notes on Respecting Saints.
⑷ Direction of acupuncture and massage: long-term direction. Among them, the historical literature research of acupuncture and massage and the molecular mechanism of inhibiting organ fibrosis have been as above, and are omitted here.
5. Direction of TCM: It is a phased direction, which started from 200/kloc-0 to 2003 and has stopped now.
① The proposal and construction of "spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine". As early as the beginning of 20001,Li Rong put forward the "spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine" with his doctoral student Yan Mou, and took the lead in publishing many articles such as "Creating the spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine" in China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other national newspapers, and exchanged papers at the first (Chengdu) international scientific and technological conference on modernization of traditional Chinese medicine sponsored by more than a dozen national ministries. Later, the traditional Chinese medicine community put forward the "spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine", mostly after it.
② Development of new Chinese medicine. After applying for multiple varieties, because of the intervention of the former director of the state, the US Food and Drug Administration, and several departmental and departmental leaders, it caused the same environmental impact as the national industry, and was forced to abort and the drug trial stopped.
③ Research and development of dropping pills. Yong-Jae Lee also has practical experience in research and development of dropping pills. Drops with faster dissolution rate than capsules have time advantage in rescuing patients, but the technology and experience of developing this preparation is blank in Li Rong's school. The professor of preparation major in this school once asked Li Rong about the research and development experience of this dosage form.
2. Teaching:
In 20001year, he founded and taught the doctoral course "acupuncture and massage philology" for the first time (1998 was tried out, and it was also the first in China in the same year). In addition, he also taught China Ancient Books Philology, Selected Acupuncture Medical Books and Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture for doctoral students, master students, college students and Tibetan medical classes.
3, clinical:
As early as the 1970s, when she was still in school, she gave prescriptions to relatives and friends and tried to treat intractable diseases, and achieved initial results. For example, she treated with drugs such as Huangtang and Xionggu, which actually made those middle-aged and elderly female patients who could not walk in the fields for a long time because of chronic liver sequelae recover and walk as usual. Going in and out with Artemisia annua Turtle and Carapax Trionycis soup has actually made the big player friends who don't think about tea and rice all day, lose interest in anything (similar to severe depression in western medicine) and have no response to Chinese and western medicines return to normal; Braised pork, cardamom and terminalia chebula were deoiled, which actually made grandpa recover from chicken diarrhea for a long time; Taking Xiaoyao Sanyi mother-of-pearl products, western doctors who suffered from migraine for a long time were cured ... these were their treatments during their research in the 1970s. After more than 30 years, they never gave up clinical practice and insisted on clinical treatment. He has been treated in Yibin, Zigong, Chengdu and other places in Sichuan (including the Affiliated Hospital of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tongrentang Head Office). ) and has accumulated a whole box of medical records.
4. R&D and business management:
In the 1990s, he served as a special researcher of Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, with experience in establishing and managing pharmaceutical companies, and held many patents for the invention of clinically effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. It is planned to join the market after retirement in recent years, transforming scientific research results into products that directly serve patients, and contributing waste heat to saving patients or improving their quality of life.
5. Painting, calligraphy and music:
I like drawing cartoon characters and playing bamboo flute since I was a child. When he was eight or nine years old, he painted a magnificent Yue Fei on the wall of his home, which was praised by his neighbors and relatives. He studied painting from Mr. Wu, a painter in southern Sichuan, and music from Mr. Wu, a famous musician in Sichuan, in the 1950s. I also learned the playing style of Chongqing bamboo flute player Mr. Wu Qiren (once played "Under the Grape Shelf" in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing), and the flute was cadenced and melodious. On summer nights, bamboo flutes were played in front of the door, and people enjoying the cool in the street listened and appreciated. Playing on campus attracted male and female students to accompany songs. When I went to the countryside, I was the captain of the "Mao Zedong Thought Literature and Art Propaganda Team" and painted posters (after school, too). As a medical postdoctoral fellow, he practiced painting and calligraphy less and less because of his medical skills and scientific research. He attended (played) three or five campus literary evenings, and his paintings and calligraphy were exhibited on campus from time to time. In recent years, I have studied the theory, methods and skills of calligraphy and painting hard and attended a lot of lectures. I have accumulated hundreds of thousands of frames of courseware taught by famous teachers and masters at home and abroad. I have worshipped famous teachers and practiced writing in Linchi. It coincides with the country's promotion of cultural development and prosperity, and the cultural power and units also need to strengthen schools and serve the society, so they were ordered to establish institutions for research, creation and teaching of calligraphy and painting. At present, they are going through the difficulties.
