Caidian is one of the cradles of Chu culture, with the Yangtze River in the south and Hanshui River in the north. More than 2,000 years ago, the eternal story that Boya and Zhong Ziqi "know each other by mountains and rivers" happened here. The whole region covers an area of 1 100 square kilometers, and governs 1 national development zones (Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone), 1 provincial development zones (Caidian Economic and Technological Development Zone) and 12 towns with a total population of about 800,000. Taking advantage of Caidian Houguan Lake's rich landscape and lake resources, convenient transportation and unique location advantages, we will build a sustainable development demonstration new city in Houguan Lake with France, which will help us learn from the world's advanced sustainable development concepts and technologies, accelerate the urban construction and industrial development in our region, and promote the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society in our region. First, French-funded enterprises are highly concentrated. Within a radius of 0-3 km around Houguan Lake, there are two large automobile manufacturers, namely, Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Peugeot Citroen Group of France, and Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Renault Group of France. The French-style street, which is dominated by street views on both sides of the Seine River, is located in the golden harbor of Houguan Lake in Caidian. Surrounded by Wuhan Sports Center (including 60,000-person stadium, 1.3-person stadium and 0.32-person swimming pool), 500,000 square meters Shimao Carnival indoor theme park, Tianwaitian, Shimao Longwan Golf Course and other living facilities. Fengqing Street integrates French-style catering and leisure. France Auchan, Carrefour and other modern service industries, as well as Faurecia Quanxing (Wuhan) Car Seat Co., Ltd., Faurecia Wuhan Industrial Park, Valeo Car Lamps, Taichang Auto Interior Parts Co., Ltd. and other French-funded auto parts manufacturers settled in Houguanhu area of Caidian.

Houguan Lake is located in the triangle where the Yangtze River meets the Han River, at the end of Jianghan Plain, only 8 kilometers away from the central city of Wuhan, facing Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone and Wuhan Airport Economic and Technological Development Zone across the Han River. Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway and National Highway 3 18 meet here, forming the only "Golden Cross" economic and geographical center in China. The completed 50-kilometer demonstration section has become a beautiful business card in Wuhan. The preliminary assumption is that in the future, Guanhu area will be the focus, Yin Zhi New Town will be the core, and Daji Huang Hu, Caidian Gaomiao and Shihu areas will be the expansion areas, so as to vigorously promote the simultaneous development of industrialization, urbanization, informationization and agricultural modernization, and strive to build a smart, ecological and happy city. It is planned to carry out all-round cooperation with France in urban construction, industrial development, ecological construction and modern urban agriculture development within 300 square kilometers of Houguan Lake, or choose the area east of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (including Changfu Industrial Multiplication Development Zone) for cooperation.

2. Yin Zhi Wedding Industry Park. The industrial park is located at the southern foot of Maanshan, with a planned area of 2 square kilometers. 5. Sino-French Information Technology Industrial Park. The industrial park is located in Yin Zhi New Town, with a planned area of about 0.5 square kilometers. Taking the opportunity of building a national smart city, we will vigorously develop software development, system integration, software outsourcing, chip design and other industries.
6. Sino-French Yacht Club. French yacht industry is developed, and it is the largest yacht producer and exporter in Europe, ranking second in the world, second only to the United States. Houguan Lake has a vast water system and excellent water quality. Shanghai Huanhai Yacht Club, the first European yacht club in Central China, has settled in Shimao Longwan, Guanhu, with many luxury yachts. Based on the beautiful natural scenery of Houguan Lake, the China-France Yacht Club will build a number of fishermen's docks and develop water entertainment projects with French flavor.
7. China-France General Aviation Industrial Park. The industrial park is located in Nanping, with a planned area of 10 square kilometer. At present, the general aviation airport has settled in Nanping, and it is planned to introduce the development technology and mode of French navigation industry to build a general aviation industrial park integrating navigation training, aircraft development, navigation services and air tourism.
