Article 49 If a road passenger transport operator refuses to accept the decision of the administrative department of transportation and bears the responsibility of administrative punishment, he may bring a reconsideration lawsuit to the administrative department of transportation of the people's government at the same level within 15 days from the date of receiving the decision. If the parties neither bring a lawsuit nor perform the original decision, the transportation department may apply to the court for compulsory execution. Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions Related Conflicts Article 50 shall be promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, and the specific application of these Measures shall be interpreted by the Provincial Communications Department.
