1, xifeng liquor
Produced in Xifeng Winery, Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province, Fengxiang is known as "Xifeng". Xifeng liquor's name may come from this.
There are different opinions about the origin of xifeng liquor, which need to be verified. However, Su Dongpo, a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty, once wrote a poem "Liulin wine, Donghu willow, women's hand", praising Fengxiang wine at that time. It can be seen that the wine here was famous more than 800 years ago. From 65438 to 0956, the state invested in the construction of Xifeng Winery in Liulin Town, and the product was named "Phoenix Brand" xifeng liquor.
2. Chenggu Tequ
Produced in Chenggu Winery in Shaanxi Province, Chenggu belonged to Xingyuan House and Hanzhong House in ancient times, with a long brewing history. According to legend, when Liu Bang sealed Hanwang, he stationed troops here to raise horses, and it was already brewing there.
