Spilled fish food: 1 silver carp, 2 tablespoons tapioca starch, 1 or 2 fried peanuts, 2 tablespoons cooked white sesame seeds, 1 piece of ginger, 1 garlic, 5 shallots, 2 tablespoons lobster sauce, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 or 2 red peppers, 2 tablespoons pepper oil, salt and chicken essence.

Exercise:

1. Wash a fish, marinate it with salt and cooking wine for a few minutes, add glutinous rice flour to taste, fry peanuts and chop them into powder, chop them into water and black beans, and chop them into onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Heat the oil in the pot to 60% heat, pour in the clear water lobster sauce, ginger foam and garlic and stir fry.

3. Add salt, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, fried onion, Jiang Shui lobster sauce, red pepper, pepper oil, sesame oil and fried flowers to form a sauce.

4. Add some oil to the pot and cook until it is 40% hot. Add fish fillets and stir fry.

5. Pick up the drained oil and put it in a bowl.

Raw materials of warm-mixed fish fillets: 500g mullet, 200mg green bamboo shoots, shredded ginger100g, 50g green pepper, 50g red pepper, 20g crisp peanut kernel, 0g onion10g, 5ml soy sauce10ml vinegar10ml, and sweet potato cassava starch.

Production:

1. Fried shredded pork with green awn asparagus: shredded pork, green awn, water bamboo, pepper, carrot, raw egg, salt, monosodium glutamate, oil consumption, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar.

The way of doing things
