Poria cocos 10g, fried white lentils 10g, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi 10g, raw gardenia 10g, medicated leaven 10g, areca nut 10g, and fried morning glory 6g.

3g of Magnolia Officinalis, 6g of fried morning glory, 6g of fried burdock 10g, 3g of raw rhubarb, 3g of plantain seed 15g, 3g of cardamom, and 0g of raw gardenia 10g.

Method: Chop, wrap and fry for 10 minutes.

Indications: Patients with itchy throat and severe cough can cough all night at night and can't sleep well. With this prescription, it can be relieved by taking traditional Chinese medicine prescription.

Capacity: After soaking feet, it exceeds the ankle joint, the water temperature is about 38-40 degrees, and the soaking time is about 10 minute. There will be a slight sweat on the forehead. Don't sweat, pay attention to wind and cold, and replenish water. Soak for three to five days in a row, and avoid eating cold food.

Ingredients: yam, lily, carrot, millet, right amount of baking soda.

Yam: tonify the spleen and stomach, promote fluid production, benefit the lungs and tonify the kidney. Spleen deficiency, lung deficiency and kidney deficiency. Yam is flat and can be eaten often.

Lily: nourishing yin and moistening lung, clearing heart and calming nerves.

Carrots: gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, night blindness, malnutrition in children.

Xiaomi: tonify deficiency, stimulate appetite and tonify spleen and stomach. You'd better buy something better than washing it with water.

Baking soda: It can make the soup more viscous, which is beneficial to the effective ingredients. After porridge is cooked, it is more suitable for children's intestines to remain slightly alkaline. Usually the amount of three people plus the size of soybeans.

This prescription is suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach at all ages and can be taken daily.

Composition: yam, water chestnut/lotus root/lettuce, raw coix seed, glutinous rice and a little baking soda.

Water chestnut: clearing lung heat, promoting fluid production and moistening lung, diuresis and stranguria, resolving phlegm and dredging intestine.

Lotus root: clearing away heat and promoting fluid production, cooling blood and removing blood stasis, invigorating spleen and appetizing, and stopping diarrhea.

Raw coix seed: strengthen the spleen and ooze dampness, remove arthralgia and stop diarrhea.

Glutinous rice: tonify spleen and stomach, benefit lung qi.

All the ingredients are cooked first and then added. Children can make the ingredients into juice, boil them and then add them to cooking. Don't use coix seed as the main ingredient. It will taste better if you mash it and cook it.

? Composition: 3g of roasted coltsfoot flower, 3g of roasted aster and 6g of roasted loquat.

Function: Tussilago farfara and Aster are sister drugs, which are warm in nature, suitable for white phlegm and cold phlegm, and have preventive and therapeutic effects on cough.

How to take it: cut into pieces and soak for ten minutes, fry for three to five minutes, or cook for ten minutes. Take it regularly every day. These three medicines are all baked with honey, which strengthens the function of dispersing lung and relieving cough. These medicines are sweet and delicious, and children like them very much.
