We consciously consider whether everything we do conforms to the way of keeping in good health, then this consciousness will form a habit, which will be of great benefit to our physical and mental health and even our career. For example, keep in mind that "Yang should be raised in spring and summer, and Yin should be raised in autumn and winter". Sensitive people will wake up at around 5 am, and they will sleep less if they don't wake up; Insensitive people still sleep soundly.
What is dormant in the human body? It is the yang that hibernates all night, that is to say, at 5 o'clock, the yang of the human body will be born, just like sowing in spring. How to be born? There is only one way: "spring sleep is the main way to wake up and take the initiative." By five o'clock, you must wake up. And after waking up, you must get up and move, and people's yang will be born. Maybe one minute I was lying in bed, feeling particularly sleepy, and I was still struggling to get up. After a minute, when you really get dressed, I'm not sleepy after some exercise. Why? The sun is the soul. Exercise for half an hour, and then you can sleep in a cage when you are sleepy. (2) What else? What do you mean less? The first thing is to tell you the importance of getting up early from the perspective of the 24 solar terms. Let's discuss what is called how much. What do you mean more? What do you mean less? More and less are one thing, just two different names. That's what I mean when I say "the same name, but different names". For example, a farmer took a winter vacation and went to farm in the spring. He didn't go and wanted to rest for another three months. Is he too much or too little? In terms of rest, he is much, but if you don't sow in spring, how can you reap in autumn? In this respect, he is also missing. So how much, gain and loss are a pair of contradictions of unity of opposites. They both exist. The key is what you want and what you lose. Not getting up early, on the one hand, there is no sowing in spring, that is, there is no harvest in a year; On the other hand, energy is conserved. If the yang in the body is not converted into clear qi, it will suffocate in the body and then turn into internal heat and turbid acid. People who don't get up early are bored. The later they get up, the more energetic they are. On the contrary, the more tired they are. Do you believe you can try to sleep until noon on 12? If you don't get up early, you will be weak, but at the same time, you love to lose your temper. Because the yang is smothered into internal heat, people will have a big temper and have too many evil fires in their bodies. Turbid acid corrodes kidneys, and there are more than 1 100 million patients with nephropathy in China. The root cause is that liver qi does not grow out and stays in the body. The liver governs acid, and acid is eroding the kidney, which I can't stand every day. This is terrible, so get up early and go to bed early. (3) The solution to insomnia is to get up early. Many people want to go to bed early, but they just can't sleep. One solution is to get up early. Going to bed early is not your decision, but getting up early is your decision. When you get up early, rest for half an hour at noon, you will be very energetic in the afternoon and sleepy at night. Not sleepy at night, not getting up in the morning, has been a vicious circle. How to break this strange circle? We always advise children to get up early, but at the same time, we should pay attention to the fact that children get up at four or five o'clock to study, and it is best to take a nap half an hour before school. For example, get up at 4 o'clock to study, go to school at 7 o'clock, and then sleep for a while until 6: 30, so that you won't be sleepy all morning. Therefore, we call traditional Chinese medicine seasonal health preservation, specifically speaking of time. In a sense, the fundamental problem of TCM is time medicine. What can echo the natural rhythm is human behavior, that is to say, if you want to catch this train, you have to follow the train schedule, so you can catch this natural train, and you will be fine if you follow other people's schedules. There are four seasons in a day, so when you get up at 5 o'clock, the human body is in sync with nature, and you will experience four seasons in a day: spring, summer, autumn and winter, which are closely related. Without spring, there will be no long summer and no autumn harvest. In winter, there is nothing to hide. In the next spring, there are no seeds to cultivate and there is no way to plant them. This is a vicious circle. Therefore, we emphasize that we must get up at 5 o'clock and not exceed 6 o'clock at the latest. After getting up, we should exercise, read and write clearly. And from 5 o'clock, Shao Yang can rise, and Shao Yang is the newborn sun. People can't get up one day before 5 o'clock, that is, there is no sun in their bodies for a day, and they can't get up for a year, that is, there is no sun in their bodies for a year. When you get up early, the yang will rise and people will not be sleepy; Because you can't get up at 5 o'clock, people lie still, your liver qi can't rise, and you are sleepy. So what if you are really poor? You can get up at 5 o'clock, exercise 10-30 minutes, and then lie in a cage and sleep. At this time, the yang has risen, and sleeping again will not suppress the yang. In this way, you will be relaxed and happy after getting up again, and you will be full of energy for work and study. Otherwise, you will be very tired during the day, and you won't have enough energy to do anything except yawn or doze off. Many people, especially young people, are used to staying up late at night and getting up in the morning, thinking that it doesn't matter. Don't you think I am in good health? You can ask those frail old people around you if they had the same thoughts as you when they were young. They all came from that age group. I believe it is too late to regret when people can't fight against nature. People who get up at 5 o'clock in the morning should take a lunch break at noon, one is to nourish their hearts, and the other is to be energetic in the afternoon. (6) Sleep is a matter of time. So here, we have to get out of a misunderstanding-we have to sleep when we are sleepy, and when we wake up naturally, we will have a full sleep, and our energy will be enough, and our body will be healthy. It doesn't mean that I will be healthy if I get enough sleep for 8 or 9 hours today. Sleeping is a matter of time. It's a day in beginning of winter from 9: 00 pm to 3: 00 am.
