There are two ways to pronounce the word "Bigu", which means to remove the grain and stop eating it. An idea, Pigou, aims to open the body of Gu Dao.
The first meaning is easy to understand, that is, not to eat in a broad sense. But the second meaning is the core of the valley, that is, opening up Gu Dao. What is Gu Dao?
There are many channels in our bodies, and Gu Dao means channel. There is a long and narrow passage between two adjacent valleys, and that is Gu Dao. Corresponding to the inside of the body, there are trachea for breathing, blood vessels for blood circulation, esophagus for eating, urethra and intestine for excretion, pores for perspiration, etc. These are the passages of the body (Gu Dao). Once these Gu Dao silts up, the body circulation will be blocked and the body will have problems.
So we might as well make an assumption that everything is unobstructed from head to toe. Will this person get sick? The answer is,no. On the contrary, what are all diseases related to? It is a word "blocking". Pigou opened Gu Dao. When the body is cleared, many problems will naturally disappear. Such as hypertension, hyperglycemia, obesity, skin problems, etc. Through the valley, there is a good recovery effect. It's not how amazing it is, but that the body's self-healing system has begun to work.
This is also an important reason for Bigu to suggest offline participation. It is necessary to practice martial arts and adjust your body and breath. Hunger alone cannot solve the problem, or it can only solve a small part of the problem. To really break this valley, we must open the Gu Dao. This is the real meaning of broken valley!
