When do you get up to exercise?
This problem will not be exactly the same for everyone. For adults, it is generally enough to ensure about 7 hours of sleep. For most areas, it is normal to fall asleep at 20-23 pm, and generally don't get up later than 6 am. You can exercise after getting up 1 hour or so. If you feel that you don't have enough sleep, you'd better take a nap instead of staying up late.
