Practice of stewed bacon with yam
Ingredients: yam, cooked bacon, red pepper, vegetable oil, salt, ginger, white vinegar and chicken essence.

Exercise:

1. Ingredients: yam, cooked bacon and red pepper. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, white vinegar, chicken essence.

2. Wash and cut the red pepper and chop the ginger.

Step 3 slice the cooked bacon

4. Stir-fry the sliced bacon in a hot pot, remove and drain the oil.

5. Peel and cut the yam into pieces.

6. Blanch with boiling water and white vinegar for about two minutes, then remove with cold water and drain.

7. Cool the oil in a hot pot and stir-fry the ginger and red pepper pieces.

Tips for Chinese yam bacon

Yam should be cut quickly, and boiled water will be too cold.

Yam is easy to oxidize and turn black in the air, so you'd better blanch it quickly.

White vinegar yam is very crisp. If you like crispy yam, you'd better buy that kind of crispy yam.
