The health manager requires a college degree or above, or has been engaged in health and related work for more than 3 years; Senior health manager requires a bachelor's degree in health-related major, or a junior college degree and has been engaged in health-related work for more than 5 years, and obtained a certificate of health manager.
Conditions for applying for the second-level health care technician:
1. Have obtained the formal training of the third-level health manager, and have worked continuously in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years after reaching the prescribed standard class hours.
2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of the health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
3. Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, obtain a three-level professional qualification certificate for health managers, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by the second-class health manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
