The little Chinese doctor said: How should beginners learn Chinese medicine? It is not recommended to read books such as Huangdi Neijing.
I went to a friend's house a few days ago and saw books such as Huangdi Neijing and Treatise on Febrile Diseases on his bookshelf. I'm surprised. Didn't you study finance?

He said he was old and wanted to learn Chinese medicine to keep fit.

I said, can you read it?

He said he couldn't understand it, but everyone said that learning Chinese medicine depends on Huangdi Neijing.

What I want to say is, if you don't have the basic knowledge of Chinese medicine, don't read books like Huangdi Neijing.

Let me talk about it from my own reality.

I haven't seen much about Huangdi Neijing since I worked. Even when I was a student, I only saw it twice. You got it? Many people don't know.

As for typhoid fever and synopsis of the golden chamber, I have recited all the articles, can I recite them or not?

Therefore, for beginners, I don't recommend reading these books. After reading the book a hundred times, I think it is completely ridiculous to have no practice.

However, we want to thank those famous old Chinese medicine practitioners whose experience has helped us to become some excellent Chinese medicine practitioners.

So from a long time ago, I read a lot of academic thoughts, clinical experience, medical records and medical words of Chinese medicine. I never feel inferior to those Chinese medicine practitioners who memorize Huangdi Neijing.

It doesn't matter if you don't understand Treatise on Febrile Diseases. We can find Hao Wanshan's Lectures on Treatise on Febrile Diseases on many websites. I've watched it more than five or six times, and I personally feel good.

It doesn't matter if you don't know the outline of the golden chamber. It's good to read Hu Xishu's synopsis of the golden chamber, but some recordings are missing, only a few.

Of course, some books by Dr. Huang Huang can also be used as reference, and it is also good to read them.

Personally, I have read many books about six diseases written by Dr. Liu Shaowu, which are quite good.

I read Huangdi Neijing, edited by Wang Hongtu, with thousands of pages. Read me for more than two pages. Did you get anything? To be honest, I didn't get much.

I will look at the experience and knowledge of various Chinese medicine practitioners later. These are the essence of their clinical decades, and learning a little is a very valuable asset. These are actually derived from the Huangdi Neijing. So to look at their experience is to look at Huangdi Neijing.

There are so many books on Chinese medicine that I think it is enough to learn experience first, and I don't need to read other ancient books. On the one hand, I don't understand, on the other hand, I guess some of them are copied and not necessarily accurate.

When I was in college, I was praised by name for no reason, because I read sixty or seventy Chinese medicine books in one semester, such as Jing Yue Quan Shu and Bai Bing Rejuvenation, and read hundreds of pages. I usually finish reading it in two or three days.

Of course, criticism followed, and more than 200 classes were missed in one semester.

But personally, I can recommend several books, Medical Records of Western Medicine and Complete Works of Qin Bowei, which are all very good.

Some people will recommend the books of the four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasties, which are not bad. Personally, I still admire the earth-mending school, but the problem is that you can understand ancient Chinese. Nowadays, the experiences of many famous doctors have their shadow. Isn't it better to read modern literature?

Some people worship Huang Yuanyu. I personally admire him. The four images of the earth are based on a circle, which I will take into account when writing my own prescription, but few people talk about it. I remember a gentleman named Zi said that it was ok.

I haven't studied Huang Yuanyu's books deeply, and I can't tell you anything new. If you have a good teacher, you can tell us about it. I have read all his books, and I think they are logical and rich in content. It's better to have an enlightenment teacher tell us that Hao Wanshan's Treatise on Febrile Diseases is good because it is combined with clinic. Nowadays, many people speak some courses very well, but when it comes to clinic, it is a question of wisdom.

Let's talk about Fuyang School again. I also pay more attention to yang, because I have yang deficiency. When I was a child, I was often ill. I went to the clinic and prescribed you a pack of medicine. I wonder what medicine it is. Anyway, it usually takes two or three days, so parents think the doctors in that clinic are particularly powerful. Whenever they have a cold, fever and cough, they will be sent there. Now that I'm a doctor, I'm afraid I use a lot of hormones. So now the constitution is still weak.

To understand Fuyang School, we have to start with the book Thinking about Chinese Medicine written by Liu Lihong. That book let me know about Vulcan School. Later, I will go to see Zheng Qinan's medical biography. The medical law is fluent, and this book can be understood. It's well written and can still be recommended. Of course, you can also read Ke Li's books, which are not many, but they are all good clinical experiences. Who said that you can't cure a serious illness and emergency? Now all the rules have been circled.

Epidemic febrile diseases can look at what Zhao Shaoqin said. In fact, many prescriptions used now are also the prescriptions of many schools of febrile diseases. Sanren Tang, Ganlu Disinfection Dan, etc. , not for clinical use.

Now I recommend another set of books, Advanced Series of Traditional Chinese Medicine, People's Health Publishing House 1999. This set of books is very good. But it took me five years to finish reading this set of books.

There seems to be a name in Chinese medicine called Ni Xiahai. I have read all his biographies and chronology series. Some people call him a liar, others call him a famous doctor. From my personal understanding, some ideas and theories are biased, but he is still a respectable doctor. Some academic ideas inspired me. It's a pity that many of his prescriptions have not been published, otherwise we can study them well.

Chinese acupuncture is more worthy of recommendation. I remember when I was in graduate school, I coughed and wanted to take some cefuroxime axetil. But there was an acupuncturist I knew at that time, and he said, let's try acupuncture, that's fine. I tried, and I was fine the next day without taking medicine.

At that time, I thought acupuncture was good, so I began to pick up acupuncture books again. At present, many Chinese medicine practitioners who prescribe drugs can't acupuncture, and many acupuncturists can't differentiate syndromes, so I don't think they are qualified Chinese medicine practitioners. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on syndrome differentiation, and many times the effect of acupuncture is sinking.

What is recommended in the acupuncture book? Acupuncture is really playing with flowers, long needles, short needles, silver needles, gold needles and so on. I've even seen hundreds of needles stuck in one palm. Is this acupuncture?

Shouldn't acupuncture be the same as prescription? After syndrome differentiation and treatment, there are only a dozen treatments.

I still recommend acupuncture and acupuncture therapy in the set of books just recommended.

I don't use other acupuncture, such as Dong Shi acupuncture, and the effect is not easy to judge. I have treated insomnia with umbilical needle several times. I won't talk about other holographic diagnosis methods and balanced acupuncture methods. I haven't used it, and I have no experience. But you can let the acupuncture teacher talk about it.

Massage, cupping, bone setting and scraping are all good, and now they are all in the health care shop. It's actually better to learn a little by yourself.

My family has both silver needles and moxa sticks, as well as a series of things for acupoint application, and can also make pills and ointments. Some cupping instruments on the Internet are also good. I bought two at home, and some masseurs bought them for my parents, but I need to know how to use them. If they can't use it, they might as well pay someone to do it.

I think I can say a few words about it. I remember there was a physiotherapy hall near my parents' house. It costs more than 100 yuan to do it once. My parents like it very much and say it works well. Once I went to pick up my parents, it was a basic operation. So if you learn, you can actually start your own business.

To learn Chinese medicine, you have to talk about practicing martial arts and strengthening your body. I will use Li Shaobo's Qi-moving method. There are videos on the internet, which I think is ok, but don't be too fascinated and superstitious. Adapted wuqinxi and the like can be combined with breathing, but learning wuqinxi is also good.

Finally, I want to add three points. First, many of the academic thoughts of some Chinese medicine were written by other students, and of course I helped write them myself, so these academic thoughts are also mixed with those of other students. When reading them, you need to distinguish right from wrong. For example, a paper I wrote for my tutor is actually more about my academic thoughts.

Chinese medicine is also advancing with the times, so read more literature. Reading literature costs money. You can buy an account online. I won't say much about this. I know everything.

Third, practice more. If others dare not, practice for themselves or their relatives and friends. If you have a boyfriend, just say, do you love me? If you love me, let me try acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Some people will say that acupuncture is dangerous. As long as the poison is eliminated, there will generally be no problem. Of course, it is better to have a teacher. As for traditional Chinese medicine, compatibility taboos need to be remembered. Of course, some of them should not be believed. I won't say much about this. After all, novices should put safety first.
