Introduction of five-color healthy soup
Five-color health soup is to boil five-color vegetables into soup. The so-called five colors, namely green, red, yellow, white and black vegetables, green is white radish leaves, red is carrots, yellow is burdock, white is white radish, and black is mushrooms, representing the five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth respectively. It is said that the five-color health-preserving soup conforms to the theory that the five elements harmonize with the internal organs of the human body: black food nourishes the kidney, white food nourishes the lung, green food nourishes the liver, red food nourishes the blood vessels and yellow food nourishes the spleen and stomach.
