Massage, also known as massage, is one of the traditional Chinese medicine treatments. Bian Que, a famous doctor in the pre-Qin period, used it to treat diseases. In the guide map unearthed from Mawangdui Han Tomb, typical massage actions such as rubbing back, caressing chest, rubbing waist and rubbing knees were also found.
In the Southern Dynasties, Tao Hongjing wrote a book called Guided Massage, which was called massage technique's "dry bath": "When you want to lie down at night, you often wipe your body with your hands, which is called dry bath, which can cause a cold."
