But if you sunbathe at home, you don't have to steam for nine times. Choose a sunny weather in summer and expose yourself to the sun for two or three days.
The best drinking time of Fujiang tea is in the morning. Do not drink after noon. Fujiang tea can be drunk every day, but not too much a day, three tablets is enough.
