Exercise 1
Materials: Lycium barbarum10g, Chrysanthemum morifolium 3g, Semen Cassiae 20g.
Practice: 1, three materials are cleaned separately;
2. Put Fructus Lycii, Flos Chrysanthemi and Semen Cassiae into a large cup with a lid at the same time;
3, brew with water at 80-85 DEG C, and cover;
4, stuffy before drinking 15 minutes.
Exercise 2
Ingredients: fried cassia seed 10g, one spoonful of Lycium barbarum and five chrysanthemums.
Practice: 1. Firstly, cleaning Semen Cassiae, and then heating the pot, which can be an iron pot or a pan;
2. Put the cassia seed into the pot, stir-fry until fragrant, and you can hear the crackling sound.
3. Stir-fried Semen Cassiae, Fructus Lycii, and Flos Chrysanthemi are brewed with boiling water and simmered for about 15 minutes before drinking.
