The style and characteristics of natural martial arts are different from other kinds of boxing, and it has various complicated routines. Repeat this exercise by inhaling and exhaling. If you finish your work, you should lift your arms, put your hands around your waist, and withdraw your left foot, so as to finish boxing in step.
