Thick pea soup
Ingredients: small bowl of peas 1, potatoes 1, 2 slices of ham.
1. Wash peas, put them in enough water and cook for about 5 minutes. Add peeled and cut potatoes halfway and continue to cook until the peas and potatoes are soft and cooked.
2. Take out peas and potatoes and drain them for later use. Fry ham slices in an oil-free pan until fragrant, and take them out for later use.
3. Put peas and potatoes in a blender, add water or broth to make a paste, pour it into a soup bowl and sprinkle with ham slices.
Chicken soup with figs and mushrooms
Ingredients: 1 chicken, 4 mushrooms, 10 dried figs.
1, soak mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes.
2. After the chicken is washed, add ginger slices and blanch in boiling water for 2~3 minutes to remove the floating foam.
3, another soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, add mushrooms and dried figs.
4. Put the cooked chicken together in the soup pot and simmer for 2 hours. Just add some salt before cooking.
