Experience of Professor Chang Ruifang's lecture on traditional Chinese medicine culture
In this lecture, Professor Chang told us in detail the importance of offering Chinese medicine courses in kindergartens from the aspects of the significance of Chinese medicine as a traditional culture to children, teachers and personal life.

Among them, Professor Chang talked about the concept of "great doctors are sincere", which is one of the important connotations of Chinese medicine culture, but how to make children in large classes or even young children understand and accept these concepts from an early age means that it is necessary to offer Chinese medicine courses. Teachers can understand the content first, and then explain it to the children in common language during the course implementation, including some interesting stories of Chinese medicine and medical classics, such as the story of Sun Simiao, the drug king, the story of Li Shizhen, the story of Hua Tuo and Wuqinxi, and so on. At the same time, they can choose the content that can be used in children's lives, so that children can have a superficial experience in morning exercises or outdoor independent games and know how to do wuqinxi.

During the day's activities, it is necessary to infiltrate real experiential activities, such as the daily diet of kindergartens, which should change according to the seasons. For example, when it is dry in autumn, we should provide rock sugar, tremella and Sydney soup, while tasting its delicacy, while exploring the health-keeping principle behind it; In addition, combined with Eye-Love Day, you can purposefully change the boiled water that children drink on weekdays into chrysanthemum and medlar water that is beneficial to their eyes. At the same time, combined with festivals, put relevant pictures like eyes, color spray photos and eye massage acupoint maps in the area, and combine music and nursery rhymes to create scientific eye exercises and join regular courses.

Professor Chang talked about children's physical exercise with his own experience, especially the close contact with nature outdoors, such as sunbathing.

In the utilization of community resources, it is necessary to sign an agreement with professional Chinese medicine practitioners as a significance consultant for kindergartens and guidance for surrounding Chinese medicine resources, such as parents' resources and community (pharmacies, massage parlors) resources.

As a teacher, I should also have enough knowledge of Chinese medicine, seize every opportunity to carry out training in the park, fully internalize the professional knowledge of Chinese medicine and apply it to education, teaching and daily life.

Specific activities that can be carried out are:

Tell and read stories about Chinese medicine-Li Shizhen, Sun Simiao, Hua Tuo, Tu Youyou and Zhang Boli.

Planting-planting, management, observation, picking, processing, tasting and compatibility.

Creation and production-sketch of Chinese herbal medicine, production and display of images, painting of Chinese medicine stories, kneading of Chinese medicine portraits, making sachets, etc.

Learning and experience of Chinese medicine therapy-massage, cupping (children can't operate), acupoint (marked with oil paint), ammonium salt, eye exercises, and mixed medicine bundling (experience)

The concept of disease prevention-sunbathing and sports activities. Utilization of health factors in outdoor activities

Family and community cooperation-voluntary registration in family and community; Family life under the guidance of Chinese medicine; Visit the community, investigate and enter the park

Integration with other fields-for example, making mulberry leaf tea, making small medicine bags and small paper boxes in sericulture activities; Design your own small package for kindergarten; Combined with the March 8th Festival, I designed and packaged dandelion tea for my mother.

After listening to Professor Chang's lecture, I deeply feel that I lack profound Chinese medicine culture, and many life experiences are not well grasped and not implemented in time with the children in my class. This is also the direction that we should study hard in the future.
