Vitamin c should not be eaten casually. Eating too much has side effects. It is recommended to take it under the guidance of a regular doctor.

1. Taking 2 ~ 3g daily for a long time can cause scurvy after stopping taking the medicine.

2. Taking a large amount of vitamin C for a long time will cause urate, cysteine or oxalate stones.

3. A large number of applications (above 1g per day) can cause diarrhea, red and bright skin, headache, frequent urination (above 600mg per day), nausea and vomiting, and stomach cramps.
