Coix lachryma-jobi seeds come from the dried and mature kernels of Coix lachryma-jobi, a Gramineae plant. Harvest the fruit when it is ripe in autumn, and put it down. After drying in the sun, the shell, yellow-brown seed coat and impurities are removed, and it can be used. Coix seed, also known as Coix seed, Coix seed and Liuguzi, is rich in carbohydrates, higher in calories than rice and wheat, and rich in fat, protein, amino acids, vitamins and trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.
