Honey glutinous rice lotus root

Ingredients: one grapefruit, 500g honey, rock sugar 100g, salt 1 spoon and proper amount of water.

Exercise:

(1) Coat a layer of salt on grapefruit and brush it clean; Peeling grapefruit skin is the essence of eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.

(2) Peel the grapefruit meat and tear it into small pieces; Cut wampee into filaments about 3 cm long and about 1 mm thick, and the thinner the better; Marinate the cut grapefruit peel with salt water 1 hour.

Proper eating methods and precautions of honey

The premise is to ensure that you eat pure natural, additive-free, pollution-free and high-purity mature honey.

Fresh honey can be taken directly or as a warm water solution, but never brewed with boiling water or boiled at high temperature. Honey is best diluted with warm water or cold water below 40℃, and the highest temperature should not exceed 60℃.

Dosage: As a treatment or adjuvant treatment, adults should take100g daily, not exceeding 200g, in three times, 30-60g in the morning, 40-80g at noon and 30-60g at night; It is best for children to eat 30 grams, but it depends on their age. When used for treatment, two months is a course of treatment; As a health care product, the dosage can be reduced as appropriate, generally 10 ~ 50g per day.
