The following acts belong to pyramid schemes:
(1) In order to obtain illegal benefits, the organizer or operator requires the developer to develop other personnel to participate, and calculates the remuneration (including material rewards and other economic benefits, the same below) to directly or indirectly transport the number of personnel to the developer;
(2) Organizers and business operators, through the developers, ask the developers to pay fees or pay fees in disguised form by subscribing for commodities, so as to obtain participation qualification or develop other personnel to seek illegal interests;
