(1) Conditions for applying for civil servants

Graduation certificates of applicants, academic certificates of returned overseas students and other certificates required for recruitment positions must be obtained before 2065438+2005 3 1.

The applicant's education (degree) must be recognized by the state. If there is any doubt about the national academic qualifications (degrees), the results determined by the education administrative departments at or above the provincial level shall prevail; Party school education (degree) in question shall be subject to the results determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee in coordination with relevant business departments.

The applicant's major should be filled in strictly according to the diploma. The major studied has been listed in the 20 15 Hunan Provincial Professional Guidance Catalogue for Civil Servants (Annex 3), but it has not been listed in the recruitment position major, which does not meet the registration conditions; If the major studied is not listed in the 20 15 Hunan Provincial Professional Guidance Catalogue for Civil Servant Examination, the provincial positions shall be identified by the provincial recruitment agencies, and the municipal and below positions shall be proposed by the recruitment agencies and reported to the municipal civil servant authorities for identification. 7. Have other conditions required for the recruitment position.

(2) grassroots work experience is required for the recruitment position, and the candidates must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the experience of working and starting their own businesses in party and government organs, various enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level; Working experience in party and government organs at all levels by means of employment and labor dispatch (no civil servant status); Unemployed college graduates leave school to participate in internships at college graduate practice bases or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions. I have worked in a military regiment or equivalent units below the regiment, which is considered to have grassroots work experience. Full-time college graduates participating in social practice, internships, part-time jobs and other experiences during their school days cannot be regarded as grassroots work experience.

(3) If the recruitment position requires four project personnel, the applicants must be college students "village officials" and "three supports and one support" who have worked in Hunan for two years (including those who have worked in other provinces) and passed the examination, "college students volunteer to serve the west" and "special posts for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage" who have worked for three years and passed the examination. Four project personnel who have been admitted as civil servants cannot apply for the orientation recruitment position of four project personnel.

(4) If the recruitment position requires the secretary of the village (community) party organization and the director of the village committee (community), the applicants must be excellent village (community) party organization secretary and director of the village committee (community) and have served continuously for more than 3 years. Official staff of organs at all levels and state-owned enterprises and institutions who work part-time in rural areas or communities are not allowed to apply.

(5) If the recruitment position has geographical requirements, the registered permanent residence of the applicants or their spouses should be within the required administrative area on the date of announcement (201March 5 13) or at the time of the college entrance examination.

(2) It is not allowed to apply for the exam.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons whose civil servants have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

3. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and are still in the prohibition period;

4. Active servicemen;

8. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants as stipulated by law.
